Pros

Good training for any position, great co-workers, friendly clients, best studio owners & bosses you could want as an employee. Despite the rapid growth of the company, it feels small. The organization from management at HQ is great, and they take & implement feedback well.

Cons

No cons at this time.

Pros

good atmosphere and people! pretty-low stress overall, interacting with recurring clients becomes a fun part as well.

Cons

understaffed (for sales/front) due to coming out of the pandemic, the quality candidate pool to deal with the type of clientele was low at the time I was hired.
