Pros

The program taught by Stretchlab I firmly stand behind as actually benefiting clients. Nothing else positive.

Cons

Not one other redeeming quality. You are incredibly overworked, required to work 6 days a week and don’t get paid for any hours over 40. Grossly underpaid. Barely any benefits. Franchise owners don’t know how to run a business, don’t care about their employees and only focus on taking as much money as possible from customers. For a health and wellness business, they don’t actually care about the health and wellness of their employees. Regional managers were money hungry, ego driven, domineering, micromanaging, and soulless. In the almost year j was there, the district went through over 25 managers from either quitting or being fired. If you do well one month but the next month you don’t, they write you off and start looking for your replacement. They will also bully you into quitting or rage bait you into speaking your mind and then use that against you to fire you.

Pros

Best bosses I've ever had; the owner is really nice and the GM is a literal angel. Every time I've gotten feedback from them its been incredibly constructive and honest, never demoralizing. They really care about their employees and clients. I'd say the most interesting part of the job is selling memberships/packs. It was a learning curve at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was fun. Plus its nice because management doesn't encourage you to be a pushy salesperson, which I would've hated.

Cons

The actual work itself (lead calling, scheduling appointments, etc.) can get a bit monotonous, but the flexologists and clients keep things lively

Pros

This job sucks. It's fun if you have good clients, but the bulk of people you will see are not interesting or good to talk to. This shouldn't matter until you realize that the person on the bench does nothing and it's your responsibility to keep up a conversation for 50 minutes.

Cons

If you have poor management that can't bring in clients, your pay will suffer. I made 12 an hour with no clients and 20 with. When I started working at my franchise I had a fully booked schedule with a promise of too many clients. When management switched I would find myself only getting one or two clients a week.
