Pros

Schedule flexibility makes it a good option as a part time job for personal trainers or other fitness industry jobs.

Cons

Studios are franchised and it seems the quality is highly dependent on the quality of ownership. Our owner would disappear for months at a time while leaving no way for us to deal with things, not approving payroll in time, water leaking in from the ceiling, and urgent business needs. Seems like other locations have more competent ownership and likely run more smoothly.

Pros

- compensation - create your own schedule

Cons

- intimate experiences stretching (sometimes unhygienic) people - sometimes my tips from venmo didn’t add up to what I know I got. I encouraged cash.

Pros

I would simply describe my position as a great, well paying job with good Work-Life balance for those who are looking to add an exercise science/human anatomy based job into their resume. Everyone is great to work with (Co-Workers, Managers and Clients) and the educational aspect of this job is very valuable. Best part is that I don't have to try to fully depend on selling unlike my past Personal Training/Coaching jobs.

Cons

While it is a great job, I will say that its more of an "In the meantime" job. I have a household to take care of and increase with, so a more promising career path will be needed. Also, like I've mentioned before, it's a great job to add to your resume and the stuff you learn from the job is valuable!
