Pros

Fun environment with great coworkers and managers and wonderful customers.

Cons

This job can be very taxing on your body. Just make sure to engage in self-care regularly. The pay is ok, but you do get tips a lot, so that is nice.

Pros

The clients are good people

Cons

The management is very unorganized and the schedules are extremely inconsistent. Also "flexologist" is a corny made up term

Pros

Learning new skills, meeting interesting clients, feeling like you’re helping others.

Cons

Toxic and unchecked management, emphasis on sales regardless of clients’ best interests, extremely low pay and the AUDACITY to demand flexologists pay for a portion of their training while demanding they already have relevant qualifications for hiring. Exploitative pay levels, cult-like training structure, acceptance of sexual harassment in workplace, especially from clients.
