Great for a part-time job

Pros

Clients are usually great, Pittsburgh location has wonderful management, fantastic work environment

Cons

Variable pay and stagnant wages, we make a base pay for being there plus and additional flex rate per hours of stretching clients. Overall pay is dependent on how busy your schedule is. It's very difficult to predict your paychecks, which makes budgeting difficult. Raises happen, but not often. No commission bonuses.

Pros

Not too many. Sales based. Need consistent clients. Only a good work environment if you make it that way. Part time and is flexible with schedules.

Cons

Management is terrible so beware. No HR so dealing with bad clients can have no repercussions and they usually stay at the studio for money purposes.

Pros

Studio work areas are nice environment.

Cons

There are many cons being the management/ownership. The pay is very low and they push you to sell memberships that lock people in indefinitely.
