Continuous Improvement
Pros
- No micromanaging - Manageable caseloads - Amazing work/life balance - Dedication to positive work culture - Consistent efforts to seek out feedback and implement that feedback I actually left a review a while ago - I wanted to highlight some of the changes that Stride has made to continue to increase the overall health of the company. They are adding 401k matching this year, have identified and developed additional roles for BCBAs and RBTs to grow into, and they have increased RBT pay to match competitors in the area.
Cons
- Still room for improvement with RBT growth opportunities, though vastly improved - Pay is less than other companies in the area, at least for BCBAs (worth it for the amount of positives in my opinion) - Spaces in buildings. The clinics get really creative with the space, but it would be nice if each clinic had more designated spaces for things like staff rooms, which are very small in some clinics.
