      Employees are Great but bad pay

      Pros

      Great coworkers and lower level managers. Everyone is willing to work hard to get the job done. Great bonuses. All employees are remote.

      Cons

      C level are the only ones who get decent pay raises. For IT staff the average annual raise is 1%.

      Toxic, highly stressful environment with no upside

      Pros

      The only benefit os that it is remote.

      Cons

      10+ hour days, consistently work weekends, management does not care about your time. everyone is given a manager title so that they can work individuals long hours with no additional pay. Extremely high stress, management is always changing direction at the last minute causing chaos and additional work.
