4. Unfair Work Demands: The demands placed on employees at ALVA are unfair and unreasonable. Despite limited resources and time constraints, management expects employees to consistently deliver results without providing the necessary support or resources to do so.
5. Cliquish Behavior Among Co-workers: Cliques are prevalent within the organization, making it difficult for new employees to integrate and feel included. This cliquish behavior further exacerbates feelings of isolation and alienation among certain employees.
6. Rude Management: Management at ALVA is consistently rude and disrespectful towards employees. They often display favoritism towards certain individuals and fail to communicate job demands effectively, leading to confusion and frustration among the staff.
