      Pros

      Remote and hybrid work is a good perk. Benefits are okay, including decent PTO. They care about diversity.

      Cons

      Managers do not know what other managers are doing. There are so many re-orgs and layoffs , firings and people quitting that nobody knows what anybody else does. There is always some new strategy or idea that one person thought was great but that goes nowhere after alot of hours of work.
