Pros

Flexible, work from home, mostly can create your schedule and routine for the day. Enjoyable staff members, great team to work with.

Cons

Pay was low for an employee with an M. Ed. Constant required meetings, in front of the computer screen for a long time, a lot of work packed into 1 day usually. Work life balance gets better throughout the year.

Pros

Stride allows students and teachers to learn, work, grow, and collaborate together from home. Stride has a generous continuing education program encouraging teachers to emualte their students and continue to learn and grow. There is also growth and movement within Stride, not to mention the flexibility of working from home. Stride is innovative in the field of education and takes pride in the resources and opportunitites they provide not just for students, but also for teachers. If you want to work from home and still teach students and work with families, Stride is a great place to consider.

Cons

I have not come across any cons.
