Toxic culture from the top and Finance especially. Certain VPs from finance just openly bully the employees. Micro aggressive behaviors on the daily basis and HR is just part of it. The extend of their HR function is just terminating employees and post fake reviews here. No proper training for the work and very unfriendly coworkers.

God awful company that should be shut down. You're not actually teaching, You're a glorified call representative. After one year of "teaching" I interacted with almost none of my students. I didn't feel as though I was making any kind of an impact on helping students. Not that the company cares of course as they make their money regardless of whether students are truly learning or finding success. Truly awful!
