Pros
Incredible benefits and pay, well beyond what you would get at a similar role elsewhere. Fast-paced culture. A proven company that is winning everywhere, but with a startup vibe. Truly good people all around. Lots of smart people that make you want to push yourself harder to keep up.
Cons
It's a big company, so you need to be satisfied making a smaller impact. Far too much emphasis on politics and coffee chats to get ahead in your career which can be mentally draining when you just want to focus on your best work.
