      Toxic, controlling culture with zero psychological safety and no real ownership

      Only compensation and brand name.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and political work culture. Zero autonomy, heavy micromanagement, and constant fear driven environment. Leaders focus more on optics and internal politics than solving real operational problems. Hiring and firing is very common and the probation period is used as a weapon to pressure, harass, and terminate employees. No psychological safety, no trust, no transparency. Worst work experience of my career, avoid if you value your mental health.
