Pros

People are nice and the salary is good, especially the RSU.

Cons

- Management is terrible. They fire people for no reason and push new grads to burnout. - All teams are under stuffed and this is sold as a good thing. - There is a hidden expectation that you will be available at all times and people send messages to you at random. - Low diversity, most managers are white men.
