Stripe is an organisation full of brilliant minds. It has huge ambition, but also takes great care of it's people. London office is a friendly place! Awesome benefits, great compensation, strong leadership. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Cons

You will have to work hard, and at times outside regular hours. This is part of providing outstanding availability and reliability. However you will always have support from your team and leadership in doing so.
