Pros
Product is best in class, compensation is solid, coworkers are great, growth is outstanding. Curious culture to learn more is enjoyable for me personally
Cons
Very rapid change, tooling does not always keep up. Not a "chill" company to work at, but mainly because the opportunity is very large and there is a lot to learn. If you are used to defined paths and somebody telling you the answer, stripe may not be for you
