Can't agree more with some of the comments - kids shouting to show who's smartest in the room, loyalty rewarded to those who are devout followers of the founding brothers' personality cult, existing power structures mean no sharing of any real decisions being made. Little work life balance. Fingers pointed constantly over things that go slow or wrong.

*Still has a 'startup-y' culture which is good in someways but there is still a good bit to fix in terms of tooling & process *Very hardworking atmosphere, everyone always giving 100%, it can be stressful if you don't set your own boundaries *Work to do in terms of diversity in EMEA
