      Stripe is a startup that's going places. It's got a fantastic group of smart and talented employees, from the engineering side to the product side everyone there is intelligent and dedicated. The culture is all about getting things done, and there is no tolerance for "brilliant jerks" (or jerks in general). People are really supportive.

      Cons

      The pay and vacation are on the low side for a company of its size.
