No very much in the at of work life balance. A ton of micromanaging.

Pay rate too low, Current manager expects you to do her job plus yours and then gets upset when you don't have time to finsh. She constantly accuses everyone of just standing around doing nothing in the group chat instead of checking the cameras and talking to the employees one on one when that happens. You are called out in the group chat when you make a mistake instead of her speaking to you directly and in private how it should be. She expects for you to work every weekend and when you ask for a day off she says that just because you ask for the day off doesn't mean she has to give it to you. She says that the day requests are reserved for dr appointments and emergencies. Her favorite form of punishment is cutting your hours and picking on you until you quit. She says she cuts hours because the store is not how it should be but she cuts the hours of the most hard working people 1st.
