Pros

I got to work alone.

Cons

Management was too friendly with some workers while ignoring others. I tried to talk to her several times about people not doing their job and leaving it all to me, and she claimed to have talked to them, but nothing ever changed. This was close to a bad part of the city, and I had to always be on the lookout for thieves and junkies on top of having to do day shifts work as well.

Pros

I work as a retail associate, this is a very easy job with very straight forward tasks. The environment of employees is generally pretty friendly depending on where you are working. There are a few good managers too.

Cons

No breaks allocated. You are on your feet the entire shift. Unreliable employees: I have been left waiting for hours on my relief and even completing a second shift after relief does not show up on multiple occasions. Of course, customers are bad. I've had managers that steal from the company and employees, sexually harass employees, and are utterly incapable of performing their tasks.
