Supervisor wasnt knowledgable about my position. Company veering from quality cutomer service to management pleasing at their convenience. Division manager cut hours drastically and there was not enough to give employees to complete duties and provide satifying customer service. This was leaving management to fill hours with no compensation. Sometimes a work week was 100 hours or more and there was no thank you or appreciation. It still wasnt enough. All the duties that didntvget done were complained about with no notice to the time spent at work helping your employees do what they couldnt get to because of hours not given.

While most are friendly most are lazy, They keep cutting and cutting hours and raising the prices but are not longer giving raises, My boss keeps promising me to become a General Manager even put me in as acting manager, but wont give title or raise, Hard to move up unless you are Hispanic male. Customers get mad at you when its not even your fault. If someone calls in the expect you to stay no matter what. You can tell its not family owned anymore.
