Pros

For the 3rd (graveyard) shift, it's still pretty busy in terms of maintaining the store. Actual customer interaction time is dependent on location, but there's hardly anyone at night at the store I worked at. There's always something to do around the store. Free drinks and the ability to snack on anything in-store, so long as you pay for it within a couple of days of consumption. Easy to follow flow of responsibilities that are open to a personal system of completion so long as all tasks are complete by shift's end. Insurance options available for vision/dental. Great stepping stone into customer service!

Cons

Any position at the store is physically demanding, during the day, no less. Graveyard arguably requires more movement and muscle since you're restocking, so if you can't stand for long periods of time, this isn't the job for you. It's reasonably busy, but if multitasking is something you fear, it's probably not best for you. It does prove an excellent multi-task training job, though!
