Pros

Growing company, so there’s enough projects to work on.

Cons

A lot, and by a lot I mean A LOT of restructure among teams. Projects change priorities very often.

Pros

Employee-focused providing great on-site things/events. Encourage employee growth & works hard at being transparent from the executive level down. Pay is in line with others in its industry. Hires good people. Teams are supportive and positive. People don't hesitate to lend a hand if a deadline looms and someone is having trouble getting work done.

Cons

Information is siloed. When people leave it is either a huge announcement and cake is provided or they just disappear never to be spoken of again. Start-up mentality that is shifting to a more strategized approach, with all the growing pains and fussiness of a toddler at times.

Pros

The individuals at Strongmind were truly awesome. They built some of the best organically grown culture I've ever worked in. The product development teams had more autonomy than anywhere else I've ever worked. The technology was exciting and modern. Diverse skillsets provided ample opportunity for mentorship at different levels and in different domains. The products being built truly made a difference for the education of kids and gives them a fighting chance in their future endevours. That mission made it easy to get up and go to work every day. Great events, team building, fun, etc. We had softball teams, a bowling league, board game lunches, etc.

Cons

Cost of benefits seemed very high for sub par coverage. I believe I was paying $700/mo for the mid tier plan for my family and every time I went to a doctor I paid more than my co-pay.
