Pros

A small paycheck for all the mess

Cons

Not Actually a StrongMind Job: If you think you’re working for StrongMind, think again. You’ll actually be stuck in the Primavera building. Do yourself a favor and look up those reviews before signing on—you’ll see exactly what you’re in for. Favoritism Runs the Show: Policies exist, but only for certain employees. Some can take 2-hour breaks, talk all day, sleep, and do the bare minimum—others get micromanaged into the ground. "Leadership" Is a Joke: Management is hands-off unless they’re playing favorites. Any concerns? Expect gaslighting, indifference, or being ignored entirely. Unprofessional Work Culture: Gossip and drama are constant. Slack channels exist just to talk trash about coworkers. If you’re not part of the group prepare for side-eyes and passive-aggressive sabotage. Company Property Mysteriously Tampered With: Equipment was being messed with, and—surprise!—the security camera footage from that day just happened to be deleted. Admin Actively Interferes with Work: Imagine trying to get things done, only for your tabs to be mysteriously closed while you’re in the middle of working. Productivity sabotage at its finest. Surprise Job Duties: The job description does NOT include half of what you’re forced into doing. For example, mandatory proctoring—without being told in advance or properly compensated for mileage. Payroll Issues Galore: Hope you like gambling! Final paychecks mysteriously short, “errors” in paychecks that always seem to favor the company, and mileage that somehow disappears. Toxic Events: Work outings include alcohol, which quickly turns into a disaster. Your coworkers won’t be able to handle their drinks and will loudly "whisper" about physically harming others. When you report these threats—because, after all, this is supposed to be a zero-tolerance workplace—HR will brush it off with a laugh and say, "Well, she hasn’t hit you yet." Professionalism at its finest. Accommodations? What Accommodations? Need an adjustment for medical reasons? Too bad. Unless you’re a favorite—then the entire office can be rearranged for you. No room for growth- people have been working there 15+ years and are in the same spot, with hardly a raise.

Pros

Somehow this place managed to hire some really great minds. There's always room for upward mobility since people are frequently leaving.

Cons

Any supportive academic or social emotional resources that were produced have been replaced with curriculum that is choked of objective outcomes. Tinged with alt-right overtones, students can rinse wash and repeat online lessons that are devoid of substance and critical thinking opportunities.
