Pros
Stryker has a great company culture. There is a large effort for excellence in the employee and progression of the employee to progress in the company and a care for the employee's personal life. The development plans of Stryker are central to their values. There is a lot of upward movement in the company. There is also an effort to keep the employees wage to be competitive this doesn't subtract from the yearly increases when reviews are completed. Stryker's mission statement fulfills itself through the development of the employees.
Cons
I can't really think of any "cons" that would apply here. The FSE position isn't for everyone. If you are looking for a job that requires independent work on your own to manage your own self to have what needs to be completed without management oversight or possibly need to respond quickly in 24hrs to a hospital so a needed surgery to be completed. Then the job is right for you. Many would see these as negatives but I love it.
