Pros

Stryker has an amazing culture, built by amazing people. My days are filled with enormous, rewarding challenge and I get to use my unique combination of strengths to solve problems and deliver results for our customers. I am my authentic self at work and am grateful to be able to work at a place that celebrates my achievements.

Cons

We are growing incredibly fast and don't have all the IS infrastructure in place in all areas to eliminate manual processes.
