Cons
Favoritism, Poor Management, Lack of respect for compliance. Most of all if you hate your life, you need to work for Production floor. At production floor, I saw first time in my life the way people disrespect compliance and hide issues under the rug. Management needs to evolve. Workload is overwhelmed on production floor and lacking engineering resources.
