      Pros

      Good reputation at hospitals and in the field. Teamwork between divisions and territories. Innovative product line.

      Cons

      Because of who they hire, a lot of the learning is on your own. No expenses covered as an ASR even if putting 5k miles on your car a month. Its a paid tryout.

      The company is a bit disorganized Limited on-boarding and process documentation The company relies on you to learn and develop. There's not a lot of hand-holding. Compensation is adequate but could be higher

      Pros

      Use to be one of best employers in the Midwest. Lots of freedom to do as you please. Where you end up is highly dependent on how much you put in versus seniority. Some truly great people.

      Cons

      Not sure what happened... new management, overzealous growth...terrible Midwest location. The culture went from amazing to downright terrible. Lack of vision and organization. Top management is all mechanical engineers which lack basic clues on how to manage an increasingly diverse electronic products. Company is becoming a fire hose ... fix holes on a rusty bucket type of place. Completely disorganized. It’s a shame that such an amazing company took such a drastic turn for the worse in the last 3-4 years. Team outings all but disappeared. People work twice as hard and get half the recognition they used to. People are flowing out of this place I droves and the management is oblivious to this and just pretends like everything is ok.
