      Pros

      Great Company, Great Products, Great recognition in the hospitals and with doctors. Culture is great if you are into the high energy, beat your chest and dominate sh*t vibe. Great benefits

      Cons

      Overwork their associates. Don't pay associates much. Rep's are not required by the company to compensate you. You will work very long hours, be on call, even on holidays and no work-life balance. You are expected to do this for at least two years. No mobility into other divisions without the blessing of your boss. If you are willing to relocate then you may have a better opportunity to move up sooner.

      Pros

      Income potential is through the roof. Average income in my division is around $250k annually. 100% commission, but you receive $4k draw per month.

      Lot of work, hard to shut it off, high pressure to hit and exceed quotas

      Pros

      It is a great place to work at if you have a great boss that truly cares about you. I enjoyed coming in everyday to work for the most part. Stryker does a good job in finding people that work well together.

      Cons

      If you don't like change this is not the place to be. Seems like every couple of months there was someone new in senior management. Job security is low. Divisions that work in the same office do not talk to each other (it feels like you are working for a completely different company).
