      Pros

      Hardworking driven individuals with the goal to do great things in healthcare.

      Cons

      Has this vision of employee well being that appears to be great but is lacking in many areas. On site cafeteria has the feel and food quality of a public school. Poor vacation benefits. Poor work life balance and "flex" scheduling options. Very typical 8-5 company. Health/Dental insurance policy is the worst I ever had in my 20+ year career. Invest in your design team and create a better brand.

      Nice subsidized cafeteria and campus.

      Cons

      Dinosaur culture. Claim to be innovative but focused on procedure/process over growth and innovation. Living in the 20th century "Stepford Wives" world. High stress and no appreciation for a job well done.

      Transparency in company/site outlook. Many lateral movement opportunities.

      Cons

      Metric obsessed culture is bulky and consuming. Company lacks efficiency and is more interested in meeting and/or tracking goals created by disconnected senior management than improvement and efficiency. Lots of movement in senior management.
