      Pros

      Great benefits, nice facilities, great community, culture and work environment.

      Cons

      Low pay in respect to industry averages (though if you value good benefits the benefits that are offered make up for the low pay structure) I felt a bit trapped in my position. I worked in the field on a small team away from the main office and didn't feel I have adequate opportunities to advance within the company.

      Pros

      Great 401k match, tuition reimbursement, many holidays, holiday parties, picnics, decent raises, will provide whatever equipment you need to do your job (within reason)

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, management is allowed to bully/belittle people in a public setting with no accountability. When I say lack of diversity, there were hundreds of times where in meetings I was the only person of color. There are many minorities on the production floor but few seem to make it to upper management which is concerning.
