      Great place to build your resume. Low pay.

      Pros

      - fun, young culture: happy hours, off sites - goood opportunity for advancement: management within 4-5years - hard working employees - will find good friends at work - opportunities to move between departments and sites - flexible work hours

      Cons

      - low pay: at least 10% less than market - long hours: typically 9-10 hour days minimum - office politics and cliques - unrealistic expectations and workload cause burn out: one person doing two people's work

      Good products, poor management practices

      Pros

      Excellent products, challenging environment, lot of smart and committed people

      Cons

      Backstabbing is king. Management takes decisions based on hearsay, gossip and perceptions. You are expected to work any amount of hours at any given time. For them, company goes first, your life is second. The best employee in the world for them is a "yes man". Personal politics have more weight than any results - you can make any amount of mistakes if you are from the "selected" group, you cannot slip if you are out.

      Pros

      Great family atmosphere makes it a pleasure to go to work each day. Everyone tries to help each other even if it is outside of their duties. The production floor is unlike any production floors I have ever been around, it is quiet clean and people are happy and friendly.

      Cons

      There is no balance between work and life. Fifty hours a week is the norm just to keep up on normal duties. The documentation system is by far the worst part of the job.
