      * Decent benefits package, including strong 401(k) matching (after 5 years vesting). * Opportunity for career advancement and internal mobility. * Innovative and respected industry leader. * Supportive coworkers and collaborative team environments in many departments.

      Cons

      * Excessive frequency of required trainings—new ones almost every month, leading to training fatigue. * The organization is very siloed, which hinders cross-functional collaboration and communication. * 401(k) company matching isn’t added until the end of the year if you are still employed and is only fully vested after 5 years, so you forfeit part of the match if you leave earlier.
