Cons

Vocera Acute Care Mobile team- Senior Manager The current leadership style feels more like a puppet show than a true team environment. The senior manager based out in bangalore makes all the decisions, with little transparency or team collaboration. Senior managers prioritize personal goals over team development The senior manager from Bangalore has made the work environment feel toxic through consistent negative and demoralizing behavior. There seems to be a discomfort with team happiness or camaraderie, which has led to an atmosphere of fear and low morale. Leadership should inspire and uplift — not silence or suppress. Unfortunately, this has been a major blocker to team well-being and productivity. Manager Manager , based in Gurgaon, is also actively involved with TeamBees Consultancy. Despite rarely being present in the office — more like a guest — he expects the rest of the team to maintain regular in-office attendance. This inconsistency in expectations has created frustration and a sense of unfairness among team members. manager is impose unrealistic targets on team members without considering workload capacity or support resources. This has created a high-pressure environment that feels more punitive than performance-driven. The lack of empathy and support in handling these expectations has significantly impacted employee morale and mental well-being. HR The HR team appears to function more in name than in action. Employee concerns are often not addressed proactively, and support feels minimal when it comes to workplace issues or escalation matters.
