Pros

Solid benefits (although they coax you towards the cheap healthcare which has no benefit for mental health). Good hours, nice co-workers.

Cons

For a company that reaped in a record $20 billion in sales in 2023, they gave their employees a $.05/hour cost of living adjustment to compensate for inflation in 2022-23. HR has all the power in this company; turnover was high as people were let go for infractions that other companies would resolve with a conversation or warning. Weekend on-call was made mandatory regardless of if you agreed to it when hired. They are a "hire at will" company and can legally let employees go without reason.
