Pros

Diverse portfolio, good benefits, somewhat comparable salaries for bay area, lots of employee benefits.

Cons

Same people in positions for long time. Not enough new blood. 35% turnover in clinical. No clear path for promotions. Connections seemed to be more important than achievements. Product strategy would change to far down into the project. Makes employees unmotived to work so hard on a project only to have it cancelled.

Pros

Instant 8 days of sick time after hired

Cons

Co-workers will ruin the work environment for everyone here and will create massive amounts of drama. Break is cut alittle early here to get back to the work station, (I want to say that's illegal) Pay Rate should be higher than it is Strict ruling at work allowing very little to no getting comfortable while working

Pros

Stryker offers very competitive financial benefits including a 401K match of 50% on the dollar up to 8% for a total 4% match. By contributing 8% you’re automatically saving 12% of your salary annually. In addition, for the past 15 years Stryker has also contributed and additional discretionary contribution of 7% on top of the match for a total of 19% your annual salary saved into your 401k. On top of that they offer a great HSA health plan as well as a FSA for dependent care costs you can contribute $10k into annually using pre-tax dollars. Aside from the great benefits I enjoy a great work/life balance, free LinkedIn learning, great professional development programs and an extraordinary pool of talented high performance professionals.

Cons

Often there is a corporate grind from time to time. No corporation this size is perfect. Stryker does try to regularly improve itself and the culture.
