None, they don't hold the clout they did at one time.

Cons

They do not care about their employees in anyway. Work life balance, longevity, aptitude. They will replace anyone with the cheaper person, and blame it on the Markey which hasn't fluctuated for their sector at all. 17.1billion for 2021. So stay away. The c-suite is inept and it trickles downhill.

Getting to be in the OR and build relationships with surgeons/

So many cons. The "training" is non existent. Day 4 of starting my position and they wanted to throw me into the OR with no proper training. There were more new people than veteran employees. Veterans had been stuck in their position and couldn't get promoted.
