      -less than 40 hour week -big name on resume

      Cons

      -claims to have guaranteed hours yet upper management is solely focusing on cutting out completely -claims 1 year to transfer, but won't help unless you hit 2+ years -very low pay for work you do -overtime is hard to get if you have account is not in-room -odd shifts between 6 am - 8 pm
