Option to work remotely and 401k match Roll over PTO is great for years that you don’t take much time off

Cons

Management preaches work life balance but does nothing to support it. Schedule is filled with meetings from 6am to 10pm at night. Pay is low and non competitive. Florida staff receives significantly lower raises than NJ peers and less Recognition despite carrying heavier workload.

*Work - life balance - changing 80% of the way there. *Benefits - excellent (including health insurance & great 401k match) *Building DEandI - changing. Over the years have had very little diversity, similar "type" managers and up. *Top notch products - development of new and best of the best products

Cons

*Competitive Men to Women salary in similar roles (changing) A marketable wage is feasible if you leave and come back or start elsewhere and have a negotiable comparable *"yes men" - challenging an activity seems frowned upon *Behind - Stryker is at least 10 years behind comparable corporations in business processes and technology (not product). The decentralization "competition" that built the company to what it is today has created multiple challenges for current employees.
