Pros

Good PTO and benefits. Have a lot of freedom with scheduling as long as it does not interfere with hospital schedule. Sometimes have less than 40hr work week.

Cons

Lots of training, pay could be better for the amount of stress and work that is done. Little time with upper management. Basically work on the hospitals schedule of whenever they want to schedule things. Sometimes have 40+ hr work weeks. Have to work directly with physicians which, at times, can be challenging.
