      Some of the PResidents are not very people focused. They can do a better job of working with the sales teams.

      It’s a job that I know i am helping improve people’s quality of life.

      Cons

      Too many people in positions of authority that don’t have the knowledge or skill of the jobs they manage over all they care about is numbers. They talk a good game and brag too much and they have no respect for the senior worker degrees aren’t everything experience is worth a lot more.
