Pros

The company gives back to its people, namely through engagement events and yearly financial incentives (ie. 7% dump into 401K, Bonus potential earned almost every year, 50% 401K matching, competitive pay, etc). The company is also a solid growth company year after year, which means there are a ton of opportunities for growth!

Cons

I don't have 1 negative thing to say about the company.

great innovation shop; great idea generation. Diversification of product portfolio is inspired and will allow company to maintain operations where sales my cycle

Cons

poor communication and execution for innovation and ideas. Benefits for a company in medical industry are very poor. HR and benefits teams not very seasoned nor helpful regarding HR issues or benefits issues.

Large company with talented employees. Lots of employee engagement opportunities

Cons

Demanding schedules, unrealistic timelines, family life likely to suffer, compensation is low for robotics field, merit based raises are basically nothing if you consider cost of living adjustments.
