      Pros

      Pay is pretty great, there are some sweet perks to working here for sure. There appears to be a lot of different opportunities within the company if there's anything else that strikes your fancy.

      Cons

      There appears to be a constant form of restructuring going on, at least what I've seen. People are always shifting around at the top - which mostly isn't a problem depending on what position you are in. I also get the sense that there are a lot of unnecessary jobs that exist in the company in the form of approval and even management positions that really don't do a whole lot except make it harder for the people actually trying to get things done. The company is pretty serious about having a path for opportunity and growth, but I still feel like employees deserving of promotions are still overlooked.
