Pros

Great company to work for we are treated the same as permanent staff with most of the Benefits

Cons

as I was agency staff we are let go after 23months We agency staff should have a chance of getting a temp stryker contract also if we are to apply again although we worked there for 23months and are fully trained we have to go through the Gallop and interview procedure again as if we never were there in the first place

very driven workforce, great development of managers/leaders, successful growth-oriented business, fantastic wellness program and work-life balance

sales-led sometimes means making decisions that are not savvy for the back office, relationship driven to a fault (at times), not data-driven in a lot of decision-making

Stryker is a great company who cares about their employees. There is always ability for growth in your career, and the people they hire are extremely positive, motivated, and successful.

Cons

You have a tough workload at Stryker, with high responsibility and they are very focused on results, which is usually a good thing, but if you don't perform you likely won't stick around. It can be a stressful environment, but is also a lot of fun.
