Poor management team that lacks the experience needed to run a team. Lack of diversity. I was the only Latino sales rep at my branch. Stryker has begun to put a lot more financial responsibilities on the laps of the sales reps. Rep now pay for Jr reps and Robotic Reps that help the branch. This plus the fact that hospitals are requiring more from reps make the time commitment not worth the pay out.
