      Good Company, Poor leadership

      Pros

      Company provides great vacation and personal time, among other incentives, bonuses. A very professional environment, lots of great talented, driven, like minded people.

      Cons

      Weak management. Company touts wanting to keep their employees, but do little to do so when times get tough. They want type A, driven individuals, but offer not much room for advancement. Very small raises for the 'little people'.

      Pros

      Lots of friendly people helping you learn and do your job better. You don't have to be afraid to talk to senior level management. Work hard, play hard mentality.

      Cons

      Endless M&A means that supply chain is constantly growing, and some suppliers need to be brought up to speed.

      Good place to work . Very good work life balance. Nice facilities. Don't know what else to stay. one of the very few captive centers in north india

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities .Poor management. Slow pace of work. A lot of int clients to deal with . Difficult to deal with employees from Japan and China
