Pros
Good co-workers. Pay is decent. Great benefits. Pay raises based on job performance on a yearly basis really adds up.
Cons
On many days, there could be long hours, especially when folks call out. Teleconference calls on a monthly basis are absolutely unnecessary. Don't even think about transferring to another territory. If they don't want you to go, you can't go until it's ok on their time line.
