      Working for Stryker was a complete pleasure great company and great people to work with . I have always enjoyed working on a winning team.

      Cons

      I have no real cons with my experience working for Stryker . They have a great team that works together well with one goal in mind . That is to produce the best medical products and they do.

      Great benefits, nice facilities, great community, culture and work environment.

      Cons

      Low pay in respect to industry averages (though if you value good benefits the benefits that are offered make up for the low pay structure) I felt a bit trapped in my position. I worked in the field on a small team away from the main office and didn't feel I have adequate opportunities to advance within the company.
