Pros

They have an engaged workforce and hire highly talented employees. (of course this also depends on the team you are a member of)

Cons

The silo divisional structure creates a challenging work environment. They are starting down the path of consolidation but every new employee's first question is how can I see XXX as a consolidated view.

Pros

Comp is good. Coworkers are good to work with. Good products and marketing. Big company.

Cons

Work long hours. Pay could be better. Lot of managers have been with company for a long time and lack fresh prospective.

Pros

The managers are amazing. I am currently working for the best boss I have ever had! Everyone is extremely accommodating for personalized schedules. I work part-time and even remotely one day a week. I love being able to have a career job and spend more time with my son!

Cons

There are a lot of trainings/policies that come from the corporate level that seem repetitive to one's I have already received at the divisional level. Also, there are a lot of contractors employed by Stryker and that can negatively affect the culture because they do not get to be a part of all the extra perks for being a Stryker employee.
