Relaxed atmosphere, but everyone strives to push themselves. Great benefits. Expectations are driven by the individuals, not pushed down from above. Always opportunities to grow and challenge yourself. Company strives for quality in everything they do. Management really supports great work life balance. Relatively flat structure and the opportunity to do a wide variety of different projects.
Cons
The only serious cons are pay and advancement. The company claims it expects and delivers the best. They tell the employees they are the best, yet they only pay average. It sends a pretty mixed message. Benefits and other, less tangible compensations are great, but the pay is only average at best. It also seems hard to move up in the company from the technical side. There's a pretty flat structure, which is great, but it means you rarely get the chance to go up.
